As we get older, moving our body becomes even more important. Whether it’s through exercise, sports, domestic activities, occupation, leisure, or active travel, each time we move in whatever way that suits us, our health and wellbeing gets a boost and we find new ways to socialise.

Whatever your age or health condition, there are plenty of ways to add more physical movement to your life - it’s never too late for exercise to have a positive effect.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to move and connect with others, that’s why we offer several different programmes to help you become more active.
