Local Offer Live Event

The Local Offer Live is back for 2025.

In 2023, we hosted the Local Offer Live in Leigh where we were joined by social care, health care and community organisations to showcase the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Offer in Wigan.

We listened to your feedback, and we are preparing to host our 2025 event.

Children, young people, parent, carers and professionals are invited to the Local Offer Live on Monday 28th April 2025. It is open 10am - 2pm and 3:30pm - 6:30pm at The Edge, Riverside, Wigan, WN3 5AB.

Why we have the Local Offer Live Event

We host the Event to bring to life our Local Offer in Wigan. It is in a market- place style for children, young people, parents, carers and professionals to attend to find out information and explore what is on offer.

What to expect

You will be able to meet and speak to professionals and service providers on their offers, find out new information and ask questions you may have. This year we have a main room where the stall holders will be, workshops delivering specific information for parent/ carers and a quiet space where you can go to take a break with some light activities for you to partake in.

Who will be there

It will be a marketplace event of many services including, Education, Health, Social Care, Transitions to Adulthood and many more people.
