Demolition work relating to dwellings and demolition works in relation to listed buildings or work in conservation areas may require planning permission. You must check that appropriate permissions have been obtained before commencing any such work.
Date that you intend to commence demolition (must be at least six weeks after the date that this notice is submitted to the council)

5. Declaration
You are required by law to provide a copy of this notice to the occupiers of all other buildings adjacent to the building being demolished; and to the gas, electricity and water suppliers for the region (in Wigan Borough this currently includes British Gas, Transco and United Utilities Plc).
As the owner/agent for the above building, I am / we are authorised to accept formal notices in connection with the demolition of the above building. I / we confirm that a copy of the notice of intended demolition has been sent / will be given to the occupier(s) of adjacent buildings, the gas company, the electricity company and the water company prior to commencement of demolition works.
