We know any support service is an investment, in both time and cost, so everything we do is designed to make a real difference for your school. You'll have:
- Easy access to information about your services including team contacts, what each service provides and details of your Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and charges
- Manage and book training courses and events directly
- A team that is skilled in a variety of areas and can provide advice, support, training, and guidance
- Friendly helpdesk service to request support or log any issues by phone or online, which operates Monday to Friday 8am-5pm during the academic year, and Monday-Friday 8am-4pm outside of term time.
