The main Family Hub can be found at Mornington Road, Hindley, Wigan, WN2 4LG. The Hub also has two linked site provisions which are based at:
- Ince Linked Site, Charles Street, Ince, Wigan, WN2 2AL
- Platt Bridge Linked Site, Rivington Avenue, Platt Bridge, Wigan, WN2 5NG
