Stranded Cyclist on a Charity Tour

WLBS were contacted recently to ask if we could help a gentleman (Graham) who was stranded on the canal in Wigan. Graham was undertaking a charity cycling tour across England's canals for Cancer Research UK originating in London. He was 150 days in and had been stuck and stranded in Wigan due to equipment failure for the previous two days.

Two of the WLBS Team Managers headed out to locate him, and after a few trips up and down the canal, they finally spotted him and were able to quickly repair his kit and help him on his way to continue his journey.
