Support worker roles available

We are recruiting to the following roles:

  • Mayfield House - Support people with Autism and Learning Disabilities to live in their own homes, we support with all aspects of their life and support them on their journeys to achieve their dreams
  • Respite Service- Support people with complex needs to stay overnight, for the weekend or all week. Respite provides the best support and an enjoyable stay for people to promote health, wellbeing and supporting people to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • In House Services - Provide a range of quality support that meets the individual needs of people who have a Learning Disability, Autism, Dementia, physical and/or mental health illness. We enable people to learn, develop and grow, to live their best life, to be an active participant in their communities and everyday life
  • The Reablement service - Help people to find their feet back at home after hospitalisation or illness. Supporting people at home, helping people access opportunities in their community and provide good company and conversation.

The roles include:

  • Supporting people with everyday tasks, socialising and to live their best life
  • Providing good company and conversation
  • Helping people to get out and about and access what’s available in the community
  • Supporting people with their medication
  • Providing discrete support with personal care
  • Local roles so can walk or cycle to work.
