The Council’s planning ‘enforcement register’ provides a record of enforcement notices, stop notices, breach of condition notices, enforcement warning notices and other formal enforcement action served within Wigan Borough.
Information from the register can be found by viewing the Enforcement Notices layer on the Interactive Map (external link). Copies of any notices can be requested by contacting the council’s planning enforcement team and quoting the relevant enforcement action reference number and/or referring to the land, site or property address associated with your enquiry.
