We offer a range of inclusive and accessible activities for children and young people aged 5-19 years.
All our sessions are delivered by friendly, qualified and experienced staff and are designed to support young people with disabilities to meet new people, be more active and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.
Our regular activities take place on a weekly basis during school term times. We also offer activity programmes during school holidays.
What we offer
Rebound therapy (age 5 years +)
One-to-one sessions on a trampoline to develop social and communication skills as well as core stability, balance and general fitness. Qualified instructors work with individuals to develop a programme of activities. Young people will take turns on the trampoline and have the option to work towards Winstrada awards in trampolining.
Sessions are open to any young person with physical or sensory impairments, autism and/or learning difficulties (hoists are available at some sites if required).
Rebound Plus (age 5 years +)
Rebound Plus sessions are specifically for those identified within the Rebound Therapy programme that are working at Grade 4 or higher. These sessions give young people the chance to further develop their skills on the trampoline.
Wheels for All (age 5-19 years)
Adapted cycling sessions using a range of bikes and trikes (provided) around an athletics track. Sessions are delivered in a safe and secure environment with support from leaders if required. Sessions are open to any young person with physical or sensory impairments, autism and/or learning difficulties. Children and young people can also bring their own bike if they prefer.
Water sports
Offers children and young people the chance to try out a variety of water sport activities including kayaking, sailing and bell boating. Sessions are open to young people with physical or sensory impairments, autism and/or learning difficulties (currently there is no hoist available at site).
