Restorative Practice is a way of working to support people with relationships when there is or potential for, conflict or disagreement. This can span across criminal and anti-social behaviour through to disagreements at home or in school. The restorative way of working allows all involved to have a voice, be heard, listen to others and explore what needs to happen next.
The following resources will provide guidance in relation to “Restorative Practice”:

- Watch a short video on restorative practice (external link) - Restorative practice presents key principles and skills that will help individuals and teams to navigate both the certainty and uncertainty ahead by putting relationships first and providing some techniques for helping to foster/nurture/develop positive working relationships
