How do you make sure that consumer feedback is genuine?

From time to time checks will be carried out to make sure customer feedback is genuine. Feedback is refused if consumers refuse to give us their contact details.

What if the feedback is poor?

If you are given an overall satisfaction rating of two stars or less, we will contact the consumer to check the feedback is genuine.

Terms for joining the scheme

Businesses who satisfy the Scheme’s eligibility criteria, who can demonstrate a history of good trade practices and who agree to abide by the Scheme’s Terms and Conditions and Code of Practice, will be allowed on the Scheme.
