Travel plans for non-residential developments should be produced in conjunction with any Transport Assessment/Transport Statement that is required to be produced and should be submitted using the Transport for Greater Manchester Travel Plan Toolkit (external link).
This is a free online software package created to allow developers, consultants, businesses and local authorities in Greater Manchester to create, review and implement effective, sustainable Travel Plans as part of the planning process for employment sites.
