We work closely with a range of Register Providers of Social Housing across the borough to provide quality new build homes, made available through national schemes such as Shared Ownership or Rent to Buy. We also work with developers on new estate to provide affordable homes through our in-house schemes, such as the Council’s equity loan or discounted home schemes.

Registered Provider Affordable Homes
There is an ongoing programme of new developments and affordable housing schemes delivered by Registered Providers. To apply for a scheme provided by a Register Provider, you will need to contact the Registered Provider directly, or speak to the development sales office.
