The developments below have some properties which are available to buy through affordable housing schemes, such as Wigan Council's equity loan or shared ownership.

Registered Provider Affordable Homes

We work closely with a range of Registered Providers across the borough to provide quality affordable new build homes, including Jigsaw, Torus and Your Housing Group. There is an ongoing programme of new schemes delivered by Registered Providers.

Several schemes are currently on site and due to complete.
