Alex has been in the hospitality sector for over 21 years and has owned Cafe Stella since 2008 with his wife Zoe. Alex has a passion for the industry and more so the town and would love to see Leigh thriving with local independently owned hospitality businesses creating a new vibrant offering the town hasn’t seen before.

Alex along with his partners have invested in the soon to be Dogs and Dough which will be a Coffee House, Bar and Kitchen which is due to open on the corner of King Street in summer 2024.

Alex was a member of the Leigh Innovation board before it was disbanded and is currently a member of the Leigh Sub Board team helping advise on local events.

Alex was thrilled to be asked to be part of the Leigh Town Board and will strive to make a difference for the town.

Alex enjoys dining out, boxing, mixed martial arts, everything family including family days out, cinema and freemasonry.
